Our 8-week program is designed to prepare the next generation of venture leaders for a successful role as an Analyst, Associate, or Senior Associate at a Venture Capital firm. The program is designed to help equip candidates with the tools and community that they need to break into the venture capital industry.

Eight weekly sessions serve as the foundation for demystifying the venture capital trade. Seasoned investors and industry experts will provide in-depth training.
Mentorship
Each fellow will be paired with seasoned VC investors to help reinforce lessons, learn how they broke into the industry, answer your questions, and be your champion.
Project-based learning
Thesis-building and hands-on learning gives participants a rare first-hand look at a wide array of intellectual and operational challenges VC investors navigate.
Who is this program for?
Latino/a professionals and allies (including those who have shown dedication towards working with underserved communities) from any career background who want to break into venture capital.

Should I apply if I’m a student or if I’m later in my career?
This program is designed particularly for early career professionals. If you are a student we encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter where we post all things programs and job opportunities. If you are a mid-late career professional, check out our Eleva program.
What is the time commitment?
The program is 8-weeks long. Sessions will be held weekly and will be scheduled based on the availability of the class.
Can I apply to the Fellowship Program if I’m outside of the US?
At the moment our program is limited to U.S.-based participants. In the future, we hope to be able to serve VC communities in more countries.
Where will sessions be held?
Our sessions will be 100% remote. This gives you the flexibility to be a part of our community regardless of where in the U.S. you live.
Do I have to pay to be a part of this program?
No, we aim to make venture capital as accessible as possible. The program is free for you. We invest time, energy, and resources into making our program great and ask that you commit to giving the program your 100%.
